ATTORNEY PROFILES

Richard A. Schindler was born in San Francisco and is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and Boalt Hall at U.C. Berkeley. For more than twenty years, Richard has devoted his practice to business and tax counseling, professional corporations, estate planning, probate and conservatorship.  Richard’s experience allows him to develop creative legal solutions for his clients practical problems.  Richard has been active in many civic and professional organizations throughout the Bay Area.  His special interest has been volunteer work and fund raising for various Cal Sports programs at U.C. Berkeley and the University of California San Francisco.  He is currently a member of Board of Counselors for the University of California San Francisco Dental School and volunteer legal advisor to the Gold Headed Cane Society at University of California San Francisco Medical School.

 

Anne Meyer is a San Francisco native and lifelong resident of the Bay Area.  Anne is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California Berkeley and received her law degree from the University of California Davis where she was awarded the Order of the Coif. Anne enjoys working with individuals and families to plan for their futures.  In particular she enjoys the estate planning portion of the firms practice where clients can work with her to design the optimum methods for transferring wealth and insuring that their wishes are implemented.  Anne is involved in community activities in the East Bay and serves on the Board of Trustees of Lincoln Child Center Foundation and the Board of Directors of Lincoln Child Center in Oakland.  Anne is also a volunteer and Board Member for Hopalong Animal Rescue.  As a result of her affiliation with the University of California Berkeley, Anne served as President of the East Bay Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity, and presently as Province Director Alumnae, Anne has also recently served on the Board of Prytanean Alumnae, Inc.
