Our law practice emphasizes planning for effective use of personal and business resources. Our focus is planning. Our main areas of practice include Estate Planning, Business Entity Formation and Operations, Purchase and Sale of Businesses and Professional Practices, and Estate, Individual and Business Tax Planning. We have emphasized these areas of practice for over twenty years.

We offer complete estate planning services including preparation of Wills, Revocable Trusts and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. The members of our firm have long been proponents of "Living Trusts" and gift planning to minimize estate and gift taxes and reduce the costs associated with estate administration. In addition, we also offer services in Probate Administration, Conservatorships, Guardianships and Elder Law (including planning for mental and physical incapacity and long term care). In all these areas advance planning can save both our clients and their families time, money and aggravation.

For our business clients, we provide business and tax advice for small closely held businesses which includes the formation and maintenance of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, preparation and advice regarding Buy-Sell Agreements among business owners, negotiation and preparation of agreements for the purchase and sale of business entities, review and negotiation of leases and contracts. We also provide tax planning for business owners including retirement plans and fringe benefit packages. We feel that proper planning at the commencement of a new business or the initial stages of a business transaction will result in the most positive outcome for our clients and their business enterprise.
